Ist jw-media.org sicher?

It's all about the jw's and how they are the only christians persecuted on the face of the earth. This site does not discuss other religions that are banned, does not provide any links for charites in other countries. This website is only for jw's who want to boast of how speacial they think they are.

It would be wise to look at both sides of the story before believing all information put forth by JW-media.org. Look into the history of this organization. Investigate, research, and question. Any organization that claims to be the "true" religion should not be afraid of any scrutiny, if it is the truth then it will hold up to whatever is thrown at it. Beware, it is a high control group!

This site is highly biased, and promotes misinformation designed to mislead the Watchtower organization followers. This site does not give any credibility to the media coverage of the abuse victims of the organization, especially the child abuse. ***** is an example of a site providing truth about the abuses of children, with the abusers being protected by the organization. JW-media has not acknowledged this highly disturbing case as valid, only proclaiming the appeal. Th case facts itself was not given on jw-media.org. The fact the accuser was abused after the molester has ALREADY BEEN KNOWN to the organization years before and allowed to remain in the organization without protecting other members, especially the children. The jury and judge were so disgusted that the requested award of 1,440.00 ( one penny for each member of the anointed class) was then accompanied b 28 million and one dollar. The one dollar has significance as well, showing the utter disgust of this organizations policies to allow this to happen. This is the tip of the iceberg. JW-Media is trying to keep the Organizations followers ignorant of the truth, and the organization tells them anything printed anywhere but their "official" sites are all lies. The JW is also subject to disfellowshipping if they read such sites as they are considered "apostate" and worth of shunning them from their family and friends, and kicking them out of the organization. Thankfully this girl did not take the out of court settlement which would contain a gag order. NOW this type of thing is out in the open with a huge amount of damning evidence. I can on;y hope other JWs will now begin to read other non Watchtower sanctioned sites, ones with the factual truth in them.

Jehovah's Witnesses are a dangerous cult that control the behaviour, thoughts and emotions of everyone in their religion. Many people see them as a benign, if slightly eccentric, small religious sect. But they have caused untold damage to thousands of people and their families worldwide not least through the protection of paedophiles in their rank and file members. I was a devout member for several decades, and would warn people of the dangers of associating with JWs in the strongest possible terms

This site has recently posted about the recent lawsuit won by a Candace Conti for her being molested by a pedophile in her congregation. The site states it is the first time an organization has been hit with damages because of something a "rank and file" member has done. What they don't tell you is that the Watchtower Organization and the local elders knew the guy was a pedophile, and had they reported a previous incident to police, and prevented him from being around children, she would never have been molested. I have seen documents on-line from the court case, including letters from the elders to the Watchtower Organization concerning the previous molestation case. The man fondled his 15-year old step-daughter's breasts while she was asleep, but she woke up. They asked if he should be excommunicated and if they should report it to the police. The answer: Short-term fondling like that only constitutes "uncleanness" so doesn't require excommunication, and no, they should't tell the police! They acted as if this was an act between two consenting adults!! It was a pedophile with his 15-year old step-daughter, taking sexual liberties while she was asleep!!! God, no wonder the jury awarded her $7 million and one dollar in punitive damages and $20 million and one dollar in compensatory damages. That added one dollar is the jury's way of saying, they wished they could have given her more!! My two Jehovah's Witness daughters are shunning their older sister, who leads an exemplary life, but was excommunicated (using that word for the benefit of non-jws) when she was 18. She was baptized at 16 and is being held to a decision made as a minor for the rest of her life. She no longer believes in the religion. But the religion considers baptism a "life-long" contract, no matter if someone was as young as five years old (and that has happened) when they were baptized. They say speaking with or hanging out with their older sister would bring "uncleanness" to the congregation. They aren't bringing her to the congregation. This is their personal time. But allowing a known pedophilie to continue on in the congregation as if he were in good standing, leaving parents and their children vulnerable to his future misdeeds doesn't bring "uncleanness" on the congregation!! These people live in a true fantacy, warped world!!

Informative if you want a skewed perspective of the bible and commands from a bunch of old men in NY who claim they speak for god. Entertaining? Only if you enjoy looking up quotes that have been taken out of context, and get a kick out of thinking that the world will be ending as soon as tomorrow and your loved ones will suffer horribly as you happily ride away on a giraffe. They will certainly take any money you would like to give them, but once you're in expect to divulge all of your private finances and you'd better tithe what they expect from you! Child Friendly? No way! Not unless pedophiles and molesters are child-friendly. And you'd better hope that your child doesn't get sick and need a blood transfusion! " "

Readers should be advised that the people who are giving glowing reviews of this site are members of the religious organization responsible for them. It is Jehovah’s Witnesses praising other Jehovah’s Witnesses who report on Jehovah’s Witnesses. I would hardly call that an objective review. Jehovah's Witnesses have been known to inflate figures or experiences that make them look good (or make others look bad) by leaving out important points and facts. They also have a questionable world view and doomsday approach to the future which I believe hinders their ability to report on current events ina trustworthy, objective manner. Jehovah’s Witnesses will defend anything to do with their organization no matter what it is. This is because they truly believe that they are the one and only true religion, the ONLY group of people doing God’s will. ANYTHING negative said against them is tantamount to opposing God Himself, and is seen by them as persecution. In defense of their own however, they have no problem writing these glowing reviews, even if they must stretch the truth to do so. Careful research into a good deal of the information provided on this website reveals that it is anything but reliable and trustworthy. There are several articles which misquote or drastically take out of context sources to make it fit their pre-drawn conclusions. Figures are inflated, and most information out of date. Deception and manipulation run rampant. Also, some material directed at certain groups of people and religious organizations borders on outright bigotry.

Try Google "Candace Conti" and you'll know why. A lot more about the Watch Tower Society if you want to know. Multi-millions printing company that claims to be God's earthly organization yet protecting pedophiles, breaking up family via their shunning policy, indirectly cause death of many via their no-blood transfusion doctrine and more. Nothing more than a highly mind control cult.

If you are considering this religion or are active yourself, I beg of you to research the facts about the religion. If you truly have "the truth", then it should be able to stand up to any scrutiny. Is a scientist afraid of "apostates" spreading lies about how the Earth is flat? Of course not, as it won't stand up in the facts. So why is the religion saying to "be afraid" of so-called "apostates" if they are only spreading lies? Shouldn't they debunk whatever these "apostates" say just like a scientist debunks a psuedo-scientist? But have you ever seen the religion debunk so-called "apostate lies"? If they were really lies then they would be easily debunked. But If you do your own research you will see that they are not lies, but backed up with sources and citations. (a thing the Watchtower literature doesn't do all the time, and sometimes even misquotes sources or takes them out of context, look up the sources yourself, do your own research to "make sure of all things fine.") But of course don't take my word for it. Do *your own* research and stop taking other people's word. I can't stress this enough. The internet is such a great place to research and find information. Use Google, and make sure the source information is credible. Cross check with Watchtower literature and see who is *really* telling the truth. You can see who is right and who is wrong by the ones that want to suppress information (like dictatorships) and take their word for it, and those that open and free information and want you to do *your own* research. Jehovah's Witnesses participate in the despicable practice of shunning. They also subscribe to the "two witness" rule, which harbors pedophiles.
