I flag this site for Lack of Privacy Policy
and Attempted Scorecard Manipulation.

This one has deep problems:
Native advertising can inherently be unethical. It requires too much spying and then as people learn how to block banner ads N.A. is often times an attempt to slip an ad in masquerading as an article.
The privacy policy link goes to the TOS which then in section 4 has the privacy policy which says:
"4. Our Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is posted here. We recommend that you read it to learn more about how this Website, and our Services treat information that we collect and use, and how you can opt out of aspects of our Services."
"Posted here" is the non-policy- which means they have none and this renders the site potentially illegal.
Then there is the issue of the 2 other green reviews which have been flagged for possible scorecard manipulation. Rookie reviewers aren't going to make a native advertising service their first review and then use language like "entertaining.'
This site is deep dark red.

We have fixed the linking of "here" text to the actual Privacy Policy, and thanks for pointing out this one.
Limk has a clear TOS and Privacy Policy, and they're linked here in WOT profile already. They are linked in site footer & sign up pages since the beginning: https://limk.com/privacy-policy/
Limk was a social news aggregator site (closer to old Digg) recommending mainly entertaining content before 2010 and those users were most likely referring to the old platform.
Your claims were wrong as it wasn't a native advertising service 6 years ago.
