Downloaded something from their site once, did not receive the rom but did receive a installer that did not contain the rom I wanted. I scanned it with Avast and it contained a program to gave an unknown person remote access to my computer and three other malware programs disguised as useful programs. There may be a small percentage of available downloads that are virus free but I wouldn't take any risks. Don't use this website.

The site itself has some malware, mainly adware (to generate revenue. All of the roms that I have downloaded are safe, (used Malwarebytes, Norton and MacAfee) and they were safe. However do beware of potential viruses, it has a lot generally the file comes in .7z file. NEVER DOWNLOAD A .EXE FILE FROM THE WEBSITE

Stop this nonsense! If you are using the website's installer (that is .exe), then you may have some problems. The major part of the installers are infected with malware, so you just have to use the normal download. Never had problems using this site, because installers are never trusted by me.

If you click the right links, I have had no issue with this site. I only downloaded things today, But seriously. Common sense. Do NOT download any rom ending in .exe, thats NOT a rom. I was downloading NDS files from this website to play old comfort games from my childhood, and what I recieved was NDS files, and nothing else in the ZIP folder. I sent these files to my card and deleted the originals, and there's been no issue. If youre capable of following instructions (see, where it says scroll for link, do NOT click that. scroll. like it says to.) You'll be fine. I had adblock on and saw no adverts. Do not use a ROM site without adblock.

This site will work if you have an ad-blocker or similar program. DO NOT GO HERE WITHOUT AN ADBLOCKER! It does provide the roms, and it did first try for me, but without an adblocker you'll most likely install something else. There's also a checkbox below each rom saying something like "do you want to install yahoo searchbox" that you need to uncheck. It's not a site I like using, but with Emuparadise losing their Pokemon roms it's the only way to get them.

Unlike a lot of other users, I haven't gotten any viruses from this site. Could be from the popups or something. Just keep your adblocker on; if you have one. If you don't, don't go here until you do. Also check the file extension (if in an archive, check the files inside) if they have any .exe files or contain "ism" in the name. this site has malware and viruses in their software, the site also downloads files on your computer without you knowing it and then you realize you have a virus that keeps crashing your computer and in no time you'll get hacked, i wouldnt advise trying anything on this site and try to find a different site to find cool childhood games

I have downloaded a few ROMs from this website, but so far I have only recieved one rom file from each archive that I have downloaded. Of course, you must click the download button three times and closing/skipping the advertisements that open. I have pop-ups blocked from chrome so that isn't a problem for me... Anyways, just be smart when you're downloading this..

loveroms.com this website has a nice appearance but when you try to download anything on here it just turns out to be malware software and not the actual game, the content on here is filled with viruses and spyware.. do not download if you like your computer ;)
