I've been using ***** for creating sales letters to my customer list for a couple of years and there's absolutely no safety concerns or problems with their website or their system. I can't understand how you have given them such a poor rating.

We have been working with Makesbridge and involved with this company for four years . This website is secure and trustworthy , we never found any thing wrong with this web site .

Nothing wrong with the site... It looks as though someone gave them a bad rating. The only thing I see is that the site is a little slow.

This is incorrect. ***** does not have a rating at web security guard. Also, ***** does not have spyware nor have we ever placed spyware on our site. We collect standard web visit data. An exploited Joomla vulnerability caused an issue for a few hours in 2009.
***** is our paid application, accessible only to subscribers you sign up for our service.
I am the owner of the makesbridge and ***** domains and this rating has resurfaced into my awareness. It's time to clean this up.
Also, if you are going to use a source for ratings, you should use a proper organization that can be reached. Web Security Guard cannot be reached.
I have submitted a notice to your legal department. I suggest you take a look.

This site is completely safe and there is nothing wrong with it, they are a reliable and trustworthy company

Thanks Christian. We appreciate the support with combating false claims that scuttle the reputation of a company that's been working hard to help small businesses succeed for over 10 years.

BridgeMail System never had spyware or adware on it. As I explained above we got hit by a Joomla vulnerability for a few hours in 2009 - perhaps the reason for your comment about bridgemailsystem.com. For clarification, BridgeMail System is our application that is accessed by paying customers. What's more, makesbridge.com has a clean bill of health on Web Security Guard. An update to your comment and rating would be appreciated. We believe in what WOT is doing, but I think all would agree veracity is critical to it's success.
You can also see that we are certified by authorize.net. I doubt the credential is given to spyware sites.
