Tech support on the phone is quite often overwhelmed. Priority care program gets no better hold time than the regular lines and often is worse. Operators will often try to get callers to use chat or e-mail when this happens, and is a poor substitute for live support.

Most awesome computer and electornics store in the US! About the only thing not safe here is your wallet, because you can dump a ton of cash really quickly with all the shiny goodies they have to offer. Mostly computer stuff but they also sell flat screen TV's, security equipment, computer repair tools and cables. Decent prices, often knowledgeable sales staff and a good selection of games, both PC and Macintosh and an awesome hardware selection. You can find PC's and PC accessories galore and some have their own Apple store inside. My only nitpick with them is they want your personal info when you buy stuff... this is optional but sometimes useful if you have to return without a receipt as they can look up your purchases by name, but only at the store you bought it at. They also rely heavily on rebates on some products and sometimes the rebates are a pain to deal with, and the 3rd parties doing the rebates are now always honest, so YMMV. But overall they do a good job and the staff are trained to help you with rebates if you have an issue or questions. Hands down, best store in the US for computer stuff. You can sometimes find it cheaper online, but if you want it now and for the least you can get from a brick and mortar, then Microcenter is the place to go.
