When I am prepared to buy a motorized bike i will purchase from this company because of the owners good reputation and great customer service. I strongly recommend doing business with this company.

excellent service and very helpful information. The tutorials/videos are great. The owner emailed me the assembly info in Spanish! He was REALLY helpful, both before and after purchase. He responds quickly to emails and has chat on the site. I spent a long time deciding where to buy my gas bike and I'm really happy I chose this site! And the bike is great, too! First of all, your description of the product is too narrow. Motorized Bikes produces more than "beach cruisers". The products offer a Green alternative to buying high priced gas for car & truck vehicles. People that love to bike can add to the fun with having these products, say, like the thousands who cycle as a great way to enjoy the outdoors.and being free from an automobile for a change. .The owner of this company has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked hard to come up with a fun and workable option for college students, people of suburbia and anyone that uses a bike on a regular basis.. Why would you include a negative connotation about something you obviously have not bothered to research? Here is an idea: order a bike which comes assembled, is shipped by UPS, provides support 24/7 if you need it, or, talk with the inventor of the product if you have questions or concerns and find out for yourselves? A business like WOT should be better at your job.. When it comes to Trustworthiness, WOT just proved that they are UNTRUSTWORTHY.
