Ist mulefactory.com sicher?

Asked for photo ID AFTER the transaction was complete. Obviously highly dubious and un-neccessary. I have requested a refund. Maybe they do genuinely provide the coins etc, but not worth the risk IMHO. We shall see if the refund ever appears....

Stay far away from this website, This website is actaully a by pass for criminals to theft your idenity, As first little transactions will go through, They will ask you about your privacy information, Litterly your ID A selfy of you holding the passport and Personal information like phone numer and email adress even utilties bill from last 3 months (Specific 3 months) now ive checked all the requirements what you need to make a new bank account or a credit card (or even worse a gamble account on a website) all you needed was a document of Idenity a selfy of you holding the document, and as indeed utility bill or phone number, And since i refused to give them that privacy information, They refused to do the service that i paid them for, And they claim the money is refunded, (wich suppose to take 2 days) well its day 2 nearly and still didn't receive my money, I understand hollidays are on frontstep and it might take a while, So as free time i contacted there support asked about there information from there compainy, The support chat refused me to handle this information And said Contact the email adress that was given to me, Wich i did, And the results are.. Nothing you get a copy reply and thats all, Even on GDPR reqeust or CCPA reqeusts (wich is normal when you conduct in privacy information or subject personal information from a costumer) they give you some time frame, That doesnt add up in the of artical 15 europain consitution, and this caused many red flags, Cause as i checked out there website, Theres no certification of Them actaully being a legit bussiness. so in my opinion till proven otherwise, This is a mayor collection center for criminals who are having bad intentions with your personal information. And since you handled them all the information that was laying around even more than its actaully required to make a credit card nor doing suspicious activity, They have 0 procent problems of doing so. STAY AWAY!

I don't recommend this service. Their website said 6-12 hours for delivery, but definitely in 24 hours! After 25 hours, I contacted customer service and was told "Oh, it's two days." After 50 hours, I was told "Oh, they're really overbooked but we can issue a refund." When I asked for a refund, I got "In a few hours." Then I received an email saying I would be refunded in "1 - 3 days." This whole setup smells like a scam, especially since there's no way you can leave a review on their website. I'm not expecting to receive a refund and will report them to the FTC for investigation into internet fraud.

Status on their website (Customer priority and discount on every purchase). Yes, they have asked me for personal details, like a legitimate ID, here I took a picture of my military ID card, blurred out the last numbers of my social security number to protect my identity. This gave them access to a picture of me, my full name, my nationality and my birth date. Things like these are important that you do not share online, so if they ask you to do the same, think it over properly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt here, and made my choice, this happened over 2 years ago, and nothing has backfired so far. They are a bit more expensive than, for example, some sellers on PlayerAuctions, which is also a site I've used often, but the risk level is higher here. Where does the items you buy come from? If in-game trade is required, what account will they use to trade you? ("Mule" accounts might be tracked). Mulefactory does not trade you with new accounts, mules or bots. When you meet your seller online, he will make sure to behave like any other player, the accounts are not new or given random names like "asdasd123123". So they know how to keep suspicion down. You have to remember, good sellers become good based on the trust they gain. If the players they sold to got scammed or banned, this will backfire on them. On PlayerAuction however, anyone can set up their own shop, me, you, your grandmother, Putin or whatever. Rarely have I ever experienced a delay in delivery, the worst case was a "12 hour after purchase delivery" turning into almost 2 days. These are frustrating, but they do compensate for delays like these. *****

I made my first purchase, bought some fifa coins. I was skeptical at first due it seems way to cheap to be true. But i was surprised how fast i received my coins. Been a long term customer of them, had no issues what so ever. If they couldn't deliver in 10 minutes, they messaged me with the approximate waiting time, which is usually just a few more hours. Support is helpful, prices are good and I always got what I ordered. Based on this mulefactory is indeed legit.

I was a new customer who made several purchases over a one month period. When customer support required Photo ID verification to complete my latest transaction I stopped al business immediately. I attempted to talk with customer service regarding the issue and no alternatives to sharing my photo ID were presented. In my opinion if Amazon can run a multi-billion dollar online company w/o asking for my personal data; Mulefactory should be able to as well.
