I've been with eBay since 2004 and can say that while I trust eBay to provide a good level of service and customer support, it has become a minefield of counterfeit replica and blatantly inferior copycat Chinese and Korean products.

A good site but does favour business sellers allowing them privacy which is open to abuse EG (Shil Bidding) (Canceling Auction if if bidding not enough)

I agree with some previous statements - this website is an expensive automated crap with poor customer service. Ebay/paypal (apparently the same corporation) supports cons, I`ve lost lots of money both selling and buying. That is my personal experience after 5years of being active user.

i think its one of the best sites of its kind and if you need help then they are always there with it even if you end up having to call them on the phone

What can't you buy on eBay! I use it all the time. I have to agree with another comment though, that they are so buyer-orientated nowadays compared to previously. One slight mishap, POW! - the seller is punished. The fact sellers can't leave negative feedback is a joke! Hardly child-friendly as you have to be 18 to register with credit cards/PayPal etc. Also, the eBay/PayPal partnership is a scam in disguise. Another way to literally double-charge people!

Not really meant for children as you need to register bank details/ credit cards. also lots of children buying/selling things then they do not have parents permission.
