Well, tech support replies to my tickets within 10 minutes and explains everything to me. I like it. The admin interface is great, webmail works perfectly, and POP3 mail is quick to connect and download emails into OE. Overall, Netshop isp is a great host that I would recommend. My site is always up and running.

I think it's been a few months that now i'm with NetShop Isp. They have been helping me with great deal of technical difficulties and came through altogether. When I first came into NetShop Isp, the cost was just amazing compared to the service offered. And even after their promotion package deal was over, they still kept me at that same pricing since. I am very satisfied customer and i have no problem running several websites just through one hosting and connecting many different domains as well. i can pretty much run any kind of web scripts.

In addition we have twice suffered DDOS attacks and they have been excellent in helping to resolve these.

I'd not hesitate to recommend hosting by NETSHOP. The staff has always been extremely helpful with technical queries and the response time is really quick - much better than my previous hosting company. I have a Blogger based web site and it was not so hard for me to do the search for the web hosting account. I used google and found there NETSHOP and decided to use them. Now I have been with them for a long time and for the time being with them I have never faced any issue. I installed my web application and now use that with no problem. That’s why I can say how their support team is etc. But I believe that is a good reason ;). Good host!

Back to my experience with NetShop isp for the last couple of months - I would say you can rely on it. The connection page speed is very good. My uptime has been pretty solid. They answered any of my requests in less than a few minutes and solved each one of them as fast as possible.

I have a web site that is not so big. It has some images, and useful info for people. I can say that my site runs fast and their server and network uptime are stable. Excellent host was hosted previously before this with NetShop-isp.com.cy, but changed to a different host for a period, but came back to this host because it suited my business the best and is an extremely reliable service to use, would recommend.

I'm pleased to have found NETSHOP Web Hosting provider. I like their features and useful tools. Definitely some of the best Customer Support available. Speed is faster than I've had with my previous host! Nothing bad to say, although they should except other methods of payment than paypal. It is professional web hosting provider. NetShop Isp Cyprus VPS is great! They have the online support option which is great but sending them a mail is often better and they will reply within one hour if not a half hour and they'll fix your problem fast! I'd been trying to get a PHP class installed and working and was having problems, my previous host wouldn't help with anything they hadn't installed themselves and would always ask for money before they'd help anyway I mailed the support and they kept at the problem until it was solved... recommended :)

I've never used paid web hosting services and NETSHOP is my first paid web hosting provider. I have been using their services for several months and I have recently discovered that I haven’t used their support yet. I think that is really a good sign that means that I’m getting really good and professional service from them.
