Ist okpay.com sicher?

Well, things are simple. They are a scam or act like one. I was a customer of theirs for 2 years and after keeping my money in their account for about 2 months the probably got attached to it and decided to keep it. They asked me documents, photo with my id in hand and notarized documents. I provided all that and including apostile for the notarized documents yet, after losing so much time and another 150 eur on documents they tell me it's needed to get the notarization and apostilation in another country. The funny thing is they didn't mention anything in the beginning they just change the verification rules along the way. One more aspect to consider, if the ask so many documents and keep so many funds of customers, why don't they post a real address on their site? Where are they operating from? Russia, Cyprus, British Virgin Islands, UK ? I've sent the documents to cyprus, they registered their website in bvi, say that financial services are done in uk, but they are russians as origin... Сайт на который можно ввести деньги но забрать их уже оттуда проблематично! Че за БРЕД если вы принимаете деньги будьте добры отдать их тому кто ввел. Минимальный вывод 0.00, за то вноси сколько хочешь. Верификацию уже хрен знает сколько жду жалкие 9 баксов отдать не хотят

просто пидарасы .... принять перевод приняли за это комиссию взяли . а отдавать щас нехотят мол просто регистрации мало этой нидерландской наебательной платежной системе паспорт дай , квитки какието . и ответ ждать приходится до 7 дней из т.п. судя по ответам там сидят полные ТП

update dec. 1, 2013 - i can't believe okpay.com has a color light green on the mywot plugin in chrome, this company has the worst customer support, they are keeping my money for 27 days already without any valid reason given to me, they are not responding to my latest many support tickets, my local bank told me my wired funds was successful, i cannot call okpay because all they have is an answering machine.... i am very unlucky i use this company to fund my bitcoin trading account if you don't believe me, then you should check the reputation of okpay.com in reddit.com, bitcointalk.org, ***** okpay.com having a green color as of this update date in ***** means mywot is a flawed tool -------end update------ lured by low commissions, i made a wire transfer to fund my okpay wallet which i plan to then deposit to my ***** account, it has been over a month already and i still don't have my money in my okpay wallet, they have largely ignored me in all my support ticket request, i get an support answer maybe once a week telling me that their finance department is checking my wire transfer and that's it - i do not know if i will be getting my money back, this will be potentially a lost of thousands of u.s. dollars for me i am very angry at okpay, i posted to their forum.okpay.com to tell the forum of my issues, my posts got deleted after 12-24 hours, in fact i notice, after i posted my complaint in their forum, they cleaned up all the past negative posts in their forum site, they made it look good, a fake forum site i tried to call them at their phone number +44 20 8123 2193, all i get is an automated reply of an answering machine they have a po box number for an office address their business address - it is in the british virgin islands (where largely no one can touch them) i check many forum posts and half of them looks like paid forum post to fix their reputation, go to reddit.com, search for okpay, there most are authentic, but still be careful my advice - stay away from okpay.com
