It seems I bought something from a site that was not in order with PayPal "Mature Audiences Policy" I am tired of these american bastards trying to impose the World what they believe is right and what is wrong, mostly about moral issues! They accused me of "Obscenity" and in my opinion they should be in jail for false accusations. I received this email from PayPal: "Our investigation has determined that the following transaction: Transaction ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX $XXXXX XXX Date: XXXX. XX, XXXX is in violation of our Mature Audiences Policy. We have determined that the website you were purchasing from is in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. You will not be able to use PayPal for any future transactions. An appeal is not available.

i rate it as a good site, but money transfers, etc., can get screwed up and then it is a monster of a site in trying to get that straightened out - you have to judge your own experience, as opinions differ greatly...

I bought a security product directly from the paypal website from one of THEIR sponsored vendors. It was defective. Paypal said they could not help me get a new device nor could they get my money refunded. Their system automatically closed my trouble ticket. I recommend Google!

Sicherer Onlineeinkäufe tätigen. PayPal streckt quasi das Geld voraus und holt es dann von euren Konto zurück. Seit sehr vielen Jahren Kunde und hatte noch nie Probleme

I've used PayPal nearly 10 years, never an unresolvable problem. They are convenient and easy, safe; just too bad they have the same corporate values as their sister feeBay (who I also like, but disagree with).

PayPal is a scam! False advertising! bad to no security from scammers stealing your money! one time use secure cards can be used 3 more times and the scams know this a empty your bank account! Paypal retiene el dinero cuando le da la gana y por telefono responden de manera muy arrogante , me causaron pérdida del dinero y de las cuentas bancarias .
