When you think of legitimate sources the website phishtank.com does not come to mind. This website is to laugh at. Totally irrelevant in today's industry. I actually consider them to be quite malicious. Phishtank like WOT utilizes member submissions which are flawed and opinion based. The site doesn't reflect factual information. WOT utilizes it to justify false ratings submitted by membesr who inappropriately submit these false ratings.
