Ist pixmania.com sicher?

Tried to buy an item from this site. When I tried to use Paypal the page just refreshed after sending the payment. Later turned up in Paypal as "Denied" with no reason. Tried then with Card and the money was taken as a 'pre-authorisation' but then showed as denied on the Pixmania order page. The only option left was a 'Bank Transfer' which I did. It took 2 days for them to change the status of the order to "Shipped" yet they never sent me an email or any other notification that the item was shipped. Never had an issue with my card ever on other sites and also never had an issue with Paypal denying a payment. Also from the denied Card payment they kept my money in 'pre-authorisation' for 3 weeks before returning it to me. When I contacted my bank to remove the hold on the funds they said that only Pixmania could cancel the hold. So I asked Pixmania to cancel the hold and they said that they did, but didn't give me any proof or documents to show my bank. I asked them to send the info to my bank and they stopped responding to my emails. So I ended up having to wait the full 3 weeks. Can't trust these guys. 2 out of their total 3 payment methods don't work. Still waiting on the item that I paid for via the 'Bank Transfer' method. Will report back on whether I even get it or not, or whether I have to follow up. I would avoid using these guys though.

N'achetez pas sur ce site, ils envoient des prduits non fonctionnels, impossible de faire des retours et la mise en relation avec le service après vente se fait avec des personnes qui parlent à peine notre langue... Passez votre chemin, je n'achèterai plus jamais rien chez eux, c'est scandaleux !!!

Service client et logistique trés imcompétant : cela fait plusieursjours qu'ils me baladent pour justifier le retard et que je me rend au relais colis pour rien alors qu'un mail me dit qu'il est a ma disposition de plus les marchands partenaires ne répondent même pas aux mails! franchement à éviter d'autres sites sont beaucoup plus proffessionnels et respect leur engagement

A fuir a tout prix ! Le site met en vente des produits dont il ne dispose pas. Un mail confirmant la commande est adressé, ainsi qu'un numéro de colis, lors du suivi de votre commande vous vous aprecevez que le colis est introuvable ! Passé un certain délai vous appelez donc Pixmania qui a le culot de vous signaler que votre commande n'a pas été honorée car produits indisponibles ! Pendant ce temps là ils ont gentiment fait travailler votre argent sur leur compte ! Sachez qu'ils se reservent dans leurs CGV un délai de 30 jours pour vous rembourser !!!! Méfiance n'oubliez pas en cas de problème qu'il existe des lois pour nous défendre en cas de problème vous trouverez ici de quoi vous aider dans votre démarche et réclamation *****
