DO NOT use this company. If you download with any email that is a business, they will bully you and tell you that you have to upgrade to a subscription because you infringed on them - even if you never use anything from them. They will continue to harass you!

Don't waste your money! This is a scam. They get you to purchase their top most expensive plan saying you get everything/always and then they come up with a new angle with a new name say.... Oh wait, now we have a new plan (getting just what you have already paid for) and they try to get more money from you.

You have to constantly confirm whether you are a robot or not before downloading purchased images, like they want to make money from solving capcha from users. That is annoying for those who spend money to buy the premium package. It's so stupid I feel like I've been deceived.

SCAM, SCAM, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. PAID FOR LIFETIME AND ENTERPRISE, IT STATES 200 DOWNLOADS PER DAY, THEY SET MY DOWNLOADS AT 100 AND WON'T FIX MY ACCOUNT. EVERY 5 FRICKING DOWNLOADS YOU HAVE TO DO RECAPTCHA AND THEIR OWN F**KED UP ROBOT PUZZLE SHIT TOO. GO TO FREEPIK.COM OR RAWPIXEL.COM OR DEVIANTART.COM OR JUST ANY WHERE ELSE.

It is absolutely not unlimited. That is not truth at all. PNG ALSO CHANGES THOSE LIMITATIONS LOWER AFTER YOU PURCHASE. THEN IGNORE MESSAGES. Seriously! CAPTCHA Constantly making me do up to 20 puzzles just to download 1 graphic. It can take HOURS to download just 50 graphics, when you have paid for 200. Constantly being asked to verify who I am, with messages claiming I am logging into different accounts. Or sharing my password. This happens everyday. My account is often BLOCKED for suspicious activity after I have only downloaded 20 times. Leaving me with days and days I am unable to download anything at all. So far I have received no compensation. I've never shared my account information or even logged into a different account. I swear this is just a way to slow down your downloads so you purchase more. TODAY- my downloads have been changed to 150 total per day. I have SEVERAL messages directly from PNG, that state that I was given 200 downloads per day. After being told by PNG that my compter had something wrong. AND there was something wrong with my internet provider. I took my computer into have it check. And I also checked my Internet provider. I have also added EXTRA security to my account, specifically because of the problems I have had with PNG directly. As I receive constant notifications that I am logged in on multiple devices AND have given my private information to someone else. None of this things are true. Every computer tech, and every person I have called for Internet support has verified that PNG is the cause of these problems. Including the CAPTCHA problems. PNGtree blames Google for me havingto solve up yo 20 Captcha for a single download. However that is incorrect, I have also contacted them. PNG is the cause of all of these problems in an attempt to slow down anyone from downloading, so that you must either spend more money to get more downloads. After the hell that PNG has caused I even closed my account with my credit card and opened a new account so that PNG can no longer charge me. This company is very wrong. Find out where they come from and why you cannot call with a problem. Ask why they do not answer messages. This website is a scam. I want to warn everyone. I simply want to get my contract that I paid for, and PNG refuses to refund. So I am trying to get my downloads finished and get away from PNG. There are so many other honest companies to choose from. You also make me verify who I am and why I download every single day. Because according to notifications I am downloading to fast. However there is not a single other website that I have ANY of these problems. I have had the worst experience with this company.

Buyer Beware. I have had nothing but problems with this company. Starting with MAJOR limitations on downloads, which are a surprise until after you purchase. After you actually do purchase, you go through SOOOO many download verifications for every single download. It takes hours to just download a few images. Spelling errors are extremely common in graphics. Also customer service is not only slow to get back to you, but often ignores you completely. Refunds are impossible. No matter how much evidence and screenshots you have. I'll never purchase from them again. Big warning. Do not purchase anything from this company.
