Ist polipayments.com sicher?

The reason why I have given this site a very poor rating is that it requires you to enter your bank account number and password within there site. Now if you look at authenication then this is the wrong thing to do from a security point a view. Second there is no evidence that the site is run by Australia Post. It would not take too much effort to spoof the DNS and trick people into entering their bank details. I am strongly opposed to a site that is so poorly designed. Yes you can look them up on government websites but the whois info is owned by a person not Australia post or the company.Also on the site it doesn't give verifiable testimonials from websites only on its own website. If for example Australia post had a link to this site it might be a little more trustworthy but it doesn't it does direct VISA payments.I may be wrong, but they don't give me confidence that they won't run off with my money. There is no insurance like a bank no local business address, no nothing. I could put up a fancy web site like this and scrape people bank account details, its too easy.I spent many years listening to ***** Secruity Now to know how stupid this is and repaired website that had been hacked.

This is a perfectly legitimate web payments service, operated by Australia Post. Perhaps the ONE person who rated it as a scam received a phishing email that just happened to reference polipayments. As for child safety... it's an online payments site, the very nature of which is probably not suitable for a kid with mummy's credit card, but it's not going to harm them.

This site is INCORRECTLY being classed as a scam because of the irresponsible comment from one person on WOT. Please ignore this and if anything keep submitting positive reports to get rid of the one mistaken rating. POLi is a completely legitimate company (owned by Australia Post) and is actually a great way to collect payments.

POLi payments is a trusting site. I use them The "scam" refers to a phishing email - NOT the POLi site itself. Really off that one person can make a comment and WOT then WARNS people not to use the site- ( which is what happened when I tried to go to POLi- a warning came up telling me to GET OUTTA HERE - or stay on site- It was SCARY & I wondered why - now I know- ONE PERSONS COMMENT ) I see more people say it is a great site - and ONE says it's a scam- I have used it MANY MANY times and find it extremely safe - in fact - I got it for my own website. Pity more people don't have it but it''s very hard to install and you need a lot of details to get it. I paid someone to do it for me- but people can do a free link type set up - where you don't leave the website It's hard buying online now- and I find POLi one - if not THE best site and easiest - safest and no fees to buyers.

POLi payments is a great payment method. I use it to pay for all my flights and fill up my prepaid debit card. I've always had a great experience with it and use it regularly. I did some more research, and it is even mentioned in the Reserve Bank of Australia Reports *****
