Server uptime 99.99% and support I rarely use it since I'm a webmaster. There are full of extra features, moreover, their discount code saved a good sum of money for me. I have been generally very impressed with the quality of service and speed (both bandwidth and MySQL processing speed). For me Profvds is a very good solution. So far, a very happy customer. They are very keen on maintaing their level of service, security, and professionalism. I've already notice an improvement in load time for my site. I'll update my comments in the near future. The guys at Profvds know their stuff! It is quite a good place for ordering VPS plans with servers located in Slovakia. Fantastic host and they have gone above and beyond the usual business to help get my site up and going. I've been with Profvds for about two months now. Can't say i've ever had any problems. Their uptime is great, the unlimited bandwidth works well for me – i'm using them as a host for my mixes and artworks (more for other places to reference, rather than as a user facing host), very little php so not worried about CPU seconds. Customer service is excellent. I haven’t had to use it much, though.

Profvds can be a little pricey as compared to other providers but it is worth it to shell out a reasonable price for guaranteed service satisfaction. I have never been this contented with a provider. My business started small with Profvds, but I am certain that its reliability is one of the factors that have made my business bigger. The servers are very fast. The control panel is great and easy to use. The way their staffs treat you is amazing. You don't have to look for a better web host with Profvds.

Good price, performance, and features. They are honest, fast and their professionalism goes outside the bounds. The hosting service is really fast, pages load really fast - my visitors are happy with speed of loading pages. Well, ProfVDS Slovakia vps hosting is a little expensive in comparison with other hosting sellers, but it is very very difficult to find elsewhere such a support service. For me it is the principal aggregate value.

I'm happy with Profvds so far, support has been great and you offer far more features than any web hosting provider I have come across so far. Super nice and helpful customer service. FTP access has sometimes been a little bit spotty, which is why I could not give them a 100% score; it is sometimes intermittent, but nothing too large to open a complaint about.

Speed is good, and the price isn't bad at all. It is really nice to be able to submit a support request and have someone receive it that can actually analyze the issue and correct it, vs. someone reading off of a scripted tree so to speak. Profvds vps host has handled every ticket quickly, and with the responses, you'd want from the very start.
