The ad said that the product was free yet when you click on "free download" vs the paid download, it takes you to the next page which is " Surprise" the Invoice for the product and it is even more expensive than the advertised price if you picked the download that was not free. What gives....just tell the truth up front if you want people to trust you!!

I purchased an expensive Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium package from them and it was to contain Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional in the package of software programs. The Adobe Acrobat 9 was not included in the download so I contacted customer support. Everytime I try to contact them about it, they send me back an email directing me to a link to purchase the item again for another $150. It should have been included in my original purchase of $306. Never again will I download software from the internet. I will only buy my software from a legitmate store and receive everything in a box on a DVD. Now I have to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office.
