Thanks to the guys above/below who've had nice things to say. The rating here seems to have more to do with the few times we've been hacked in the past year, than with our actual service. We've dealt with those issues as proactively as we can or know how to. Otherwise, inlookers... please do more searching around for negative things about us... you likely won't find much or anything at all.. Ryan Hartman, retechulous.com

Retechulous,the site,Josh & Ryan are high integrity people,who do not deserve the ridiculous ratings they are getting from.I rate them in the top 1% of all sites,coaches,content,timeliness,relevance,integrity,personable,coming from service,generous,effective teachers,understanding the current situations,needs,value to create,and to contribute,ability to model,or replicate one's self after. Again,I truly hope that you inform people if their site was rated,either positively or negatively.Justice is the name of the game,and I intend for" Retechulous",The R.E. Marketing & Lead Generation League & it's principles,Josh & Ryan, to be granted no less than this,and they should be recipients of boundless above average citations. I don't know enough about your site yet,to ascertain whether you have fulfilled the OBLIGATION,that YOU HAVE,so all have a fair deal.If you do not carry out this grave responsibility,and I find out,they are unaware of these goings on,then I will have no other recourse than to rate you accordingly and regulate you're responsibility,to make sure your rating remains.This,to me(a completely transparent & congruent service),will validate your service and will provide social proof on the trust factor for your site. I highly endorse Retechulous,Josh & Ryan,as an outstanding,and virtually 1 stop shopping, program,as it covers every thing one would want,need and appreciate,as well as a significant knowledge and success record,in the field,Real Estate and all of its' related fields.If one is in a completely different field,they too,will benefit,completely,because of the relevant and timely content.It can be translated to any field,be it for profit or not,personal or not.They are a grand solution for so many.I want them to be dealt with as heroes,thought leaders,go to guys,because,this is exactly who they are..I am honored and fortunate,to have crossed their paths. On average, GoDaddy has a small fraction of its registered domains being spammed every day. (5.83% - 318 of 5459 every 5 days back in September). In November 2011, this crept up to 14% - 758 of 5514. Because it is the largest in the market, this fraction translates into about 1,000 violations of their terms of service every week. GoDaddy should create and monitor their own spam-trap and get proactive in managing this spam outbreak now that it has become endemic. They should work cooperatively with spam research companies to fix their problem. Since these disposable doains can live within a 3-day or 2-day window, rapid action is required to send these miscreants away.

I was a little taken aback by a poor rating for these gentlemen.Is this rating directed toward them? I ask that because someone posted a comment that I translated,w/ my low tech. level,as to suggest that it could be a problem caused by people using the site,yes,no? My experience of Retechulous is that they are very real,talented,threy come from contribution and there are only a few groups/companies,whatever,in IM/MM IM,who have mastered and are qualified to pass on,a high level of expertise,teaching ability,a sense of fairness,a high integrity levelR.E. Soc. Marketing,the whole Internet/Mobile,Funnel thing down,a complete,wholesome & far reaching incorporation,of all of it,plus,their great Real Estate experience,their compassion,passion,empathy,kindness,inttegrity.They shouldn't be persecuted for wanting to make a living doing this.We have that tendency in this country,yet we want to learn & emulate and make money,too,be it in R.E.,or one or more of the many ways to do mobile or internet marketing. I feel,they are unique,their content,relevance,timeliness,fun,seriousness of purpose,teaching,marketing,selling,and so much more,their sharp witted intelligence,they get it.I feel sick that someone might try to harm or persecute them,for some covert,malicious,intent.How many people have to do this to bring them down,is there certain proof,what is the criteria,and,are they notified? They know how to build and drive traffic.I have been around,I am known to be ultra-perceptive and a profound judge of character,to the degree,this has made me feel very weak,sick,saddened.I want to stand up for them and I highly intend for and demand,justice to be served.I will notify them,although,they are probably aware.This is a very delicate responsibility you have.This can destroy the most high integrity players and free the guilty. I have been in others' circles,now I'm looking more in to theirs,I was hoping I wouldn't like what I found so I could get less overwhelmed,confused ",and,as it figures,the absolute opposite,is occuring for me.Darn.ha The more I place my self in their environment,the more blown away,I've become. In other words,"Them's fighting words,I Intend for and DEMAND JUSTICE,for Retechulous.I highly ENDORSE Retechulous-Josh & Ryan.
