Absolutely pathetic site! When receiving no information on search, even after paying for membership, instead of issuing a refund and canceling your account per their own TOU agreement, they want you to pay for a private investigator to get the information. Nothing but a scam!!

During my one year membership I was never able to successfully find any useful information using the reverse number lookup on this site. I regret wasting my $40 member fee.

Phone number ***** shows up on the caller ID as "Removal DNC," which I believe to be Removal Do Not Call. I called it back and it's disconnected - only received the call a day ago and now it's disconnected?

They belong in jail!!! This place totally ripped me off and I was told by them I made a perchase for some background report that I never looked at or even heared of and even as a member it gives you nothing more than superpages or anything else! I also checked backgrounds on people I knew had a record and it didn"t even show anything at all this is a total fraud and someone needs to have themselves show up in a real background report and a long stay in prison and they own this site!!!!

I am on the national do not call list and yet I keep receiving suspicious calls for credit card debt consolidation. When I goggled the number it eventually led me to this site. Looks like they decided to setup the scam on the net also.

Exellent customer service. I didn't like what I got for the membership, and they refunded me within a day or two. For my job I have to look up phone numbers regularly and they are WAY more reliable than intelius and some of the other players out there who are real phishing artists

Terrible site. Paid for year membership and put in over 25 numbers and only got information on 2. Not worth the money at all!!!
