Very hateful, as others have said. But there's nothing else bad about it. Everything else should be green. There are no viruses or scams or anything. And whether they have ties to real terrorists is questionable at best. If they did, why would they be writing in English? That's like announcing your plans before you do them. They're clearly writing from the West somewhere.
