Ist rosegal.com sicher?

I ordered a lace shirt and neckpiece from this website. I received the products in good condition and packaged well. The quality is good and the price according to the quality of the products is great. I chose standard shipping and I got my package in 2 weeks time.

I love buying on rosegal.com. My experience has been super positive! I ordered several dresses and a necklace and I love everything! The delivery is a bit long (however less than a month), but since the shipping is free, I am satisfied. Costumer service is very king and fast in replying. The sizes of the clothes run little, but that it's because they're Asian sizes, so be aware. I will definitely buy again on rosegal.com!

I've bought several products from Rosegal in great prices (clothes, swimwear, shoes, accessories..) and I was always satisfied with them. Just be careful with the size you choose because they are a bit smaller than european. It also offers free shipping which is great! I recommend it!

I ordered two items, but separately. The first item is my vintage one-piece swimsuit, and i love it! it's exactly like the one in the picture, fits, and everything. The only down side was the shipping. it took about a month to get to me. Then with my second item (a dress), it took only two weeks to get to me. The difference is that I bought a tracking number with this item. I think it's worth it for 2-3 dollars more. I got the chiffon butterfly print maxi dress. it is exactly like the one in the picture! I love it as well. Again one down side is they only gave me two strings to tie the dress in the back... and there's three loops. I'm guessing there's supposed to be three strings. So to sum up, at least the items are exactly like the one in the pictures so far, shipping I recommend getting a tracking number, and be sure to check everything once you get your items. I still shop at this site, and love it when I finally get them!

I LOVE Rosegal. Their items are of a great quality and their shipping is actually very timely. Their customer service department is also wonderful,they ways respond in a very timely manner and are so helpful. Also,they have an awesome rewards program that is just ad unbeatable as their prices!

The shipping has been very fast internationally at times, and some take a bit longer, about 2 weeks or so. The clothing is just outstanding in style and comfort, so if the wait is a little longer, what I have bought is so awesome, I can overlook the sometimes waiting a little longer. Thank you Rosegal!

Honestly, I've heard a lot of people complain about Rosegal, but I myself have had quite a different experience with them. I decided to go out on a limb and order four articles of clothing about a month ago. Before this, I had no ties to the website, no presence in the fashion blogosphere, and no reputation as an online reviewer. I was just a normal customer. I got my order in about two weeks and everything fit perfectly and was in great condition. Honestly, I was actually pretty surprised with the quality of some of the clothing! Not to mention, there were no additional taxes or customs fees when the items were delivered to my house. I know this can vary based on where you live and what you order, but for me that was definitely a plus. Ever since my first order, Rosegal's customer service department has been very kind and supportive. I would highly recommend shopping here!

First time buyer of this site. Im very happy with my orders. One came in first the other was a back order. Customer survive was fast and easy. I have already bought more stuff from this site. I would definitely sent my friends and family to shop from them!! O if you are a US buyer go up a size!!

This site appears to be from North America, but they are actually located overseas (I believe in Asia). I placed an order, it never came. You can only contact them via a form on their site. They get back to you whenever it's convenient for them. Then you can only reply via the form again. They pretend that your order is coming to string you along, but they are really waiting for your paypal refund period to expire. People who did receive their orders claimed that the product was of terrible quality and trying to return it was a nightmare. I luckily filed a complaint through Paypal and got my money back, but that was after about a month and a half. This site is not to be trusted.
