I tried to load their webpage, but it timed out. Digging into the whois search shows they use a privacy protection service. What is the secret? Digging deep I find their are an online ad company which today, sadly, means tracking. If their website was working I would have posted the privacy policy.

HpHosts lists iit as an ad tracking site. What happened when Google visited this site? Of the 40 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 0 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2015-01-29, and suspicious content was never found on this site within the past 90 days. This site was hosted on 2 network(s) including AS53563 (XPLUSONE), AS3356 (LEVEL3). Has this site acted as an intermediary resulting in further distribution of malware? Over the past 90 days, ru4.com did not appear to function as an intermediary for the infection of any sites. I will allow it for now. I use Ghostery to thwart trackers.

Serves up java scripts to client sites from 75.98.46.13, but does not seem to have a webpage to advertise their services. Highly suspicious, so I block all scripts from ru4.com.

My JP Morgan Chase account also use ru4.com ***** ru4.com doesn't seem to be necessary to use the primary site though.

Lots of viruses and malware everywhere, including the hyperlinks! Stay the hell away from this place! Also, this site sometimes attacks random sites via XSS vulnerabilities so watch your step!
