Ist servicemagic.com sicher?

This company is a scam. They send you leads to call on and they charge you $7 to $40 for certain kind of leads. If the lead contact is no good, they still charge you for it. They clam that you can get a credit for a bad lead and they will take you compliant, but two days later they will send you a rejection email. they send the same lead to many other companies, if each one of those companies have the same results they just get paid many times over for a bad lead. When you complain and ask them to turn your leads off, they turn off the access to your payment account. do not use this company for your company leads, you will pay more for bogus leads then what you will make on the good leads.

I used this site and received 4 calls almost immediately. They were qualified and we selected from those companies. I haven't received any spam from them and no other contact other than the 4 companies. I would recommend that they tell the companies to not call after 9pm no matter what time they get the lead. I had one company call at 930pm after I filled out the form. I also thing there should be the ability to only contact via email. Overall I thought it was a good site.

This web based company charges the contractors for every lead wether the contractor gets your job or not. That's why they are so quick to resolve - yea or ney. I even got a call from the Service Magic intermediary. They're disturbing with their efforts at times but it's a bad economy!
