Ist steampowered.com sicher?

I know for a fact that they even dont' look at the tickets that people file. Like cheating complaints in popular games, and in their platform, people are cheating obviously, and they don't ban them. I had cheaters in CS2 recently and I filed complaint and gave them all the info about when and how but they don't even care, as the CS2 doesnt as well so idk, full of cheats. They should start taking some serious measures against cheaters and start banning their steam account altogether with all the games they have. Plus make more discounts please, usual prices are too high,

The payment system just sucks, and Idk how such a big company like steam can haev such payment system. First of all, you have predetermined payment amounts, and this is just limiting the actions of customers. Another thing is that it often doesnt just work, I have a perfectly fine VISA that I use for online payments, but steam somehow rejects it. Also, I've lost one of my accounts and they couldnt restore it because I forgot the email password, but it was clearly my account...

Steam is an awful company and has ruined PC gaming. They are an anticompetitive monopoly. They force you to give them a mobile phone number, and use their authenticator crap, if you want to use parts of the website. The only reason they require a mobile number is so they can sell it, it has nothing to do with security. They extort you, requiring you to buy at least $5 USD of games directly from them, just to remove the limited account restrictions. If you don't buy something from them at least once per year, you will be restricted from using parts of the website. When they stop supporting an operating system, for no legitimate reason, they prevent you from playing the games that you bought, and your only option is to buy a new computer if you want to continue playing.

Though steam sells mostly games, they also sell software but do not offer any guarantees or protections for purchasers so that if Steam decides to no longer support a customer's machine or system through their software, the purchased software will no longer will run, even though the game can run on the purchaser's machine. The user is blocked due to Steam's client software! There is also no remedy nor is there any option to avoid developer-driven upgrades. If the upgrades no longer work on your machine, you have lost your money – just as I did three times on different titles! I also bought a license for two software products and ran these for about an hour, only to only have the steam client claim that I had been using them for over four hours, thus I could not get a refund! This is very fraudulent on their part. "Let the buyer beware"! If you want games or software, look elsewhere.
