Horrible business..I order five licences and sent four out to other users. They have no phone service and only can be contacted by chat, which takes you to India. I could not send the last licence because my Norton claim I had no browser working..WTH! I spend nearly one hour on chat and with the rep, who needed to check my hard drive which would take up to 20 minutes..He started to go into my system and the hard drive!! And for what, I ask? I told him I was leaving my desk and would return in 20 minutes and when I did, Raj had closed the chat line!! He closed the chat and now I have to start all over again..they expect you to sit endless and answer very dumb questions. It took 3 1/2 hours to fix the issue, which was that I did not have a default browser..WTH! I had sent four other licences with the same settings, which was over a week earlier.. No more downloads, no more Norton.

The problem is, they use OLD datas and they not scan good the IP-segment-blocks! Expl. we have many IP-blocks with only 4 or 8 IPs, registered on own RIPE-ID, but they look for the complete RIRs and to IPs that are not ours! Thats things from the the 70th as a company get many IP-segments, but today as the IPs goes out in smaller blocks, expl. /32 - /31 - /30 - /29 and so on, thats is an old strategy and this is discrimened, when they block us, without sending spam, only why nearbears send spam! But their products expl. Norton etc. are not good to, as a good virus scanner! We had before use this products and today we know only kaspersky has a perfect virus scanner!
