Ist teechip.com sicher?

Do NOT buy from this company! I ordered and received a sweatshirt that was purported to be a medium, but is indeed too small for me before washing, and I am not a big guy at all (5`9", 172 lbs). They REFUSE to take it back. WARNING to all. If you want to help all of the other potential dupes out there, please pass this message on.

I am so frustrated! I spend almost $50 on a hoodie about a month ago. First mistake...they sent me an email saying that my order was shipped when the campaign hadn't even ended. Second mistake...the campaign ended September 7 and I was promised that I could get a partial refund if the order was in production for over 10 business days from the campaign end date. They estimated that it would be shipped September 14. You know when I got an email that it was shipped? OCTOBER 21! That is WAY OVER "10 business days"! Third mistake...strike three! I get this email saying that is was shipped October 21 with a so-called tracking number. You want to know what happened when I went to track my order three days after I receive that email? The site said that no results were found for my inquiry. Did they even ship my package or did they just send me a phony tracking number so I stop asking WHERE THE HECK IS MY PACKAGE?!?!?!?! I'm sick of this and plan on posting this on every review site I can possibly find!

When I first placed my order I was very excited but the next day they released the same hoodie with better colored wording. That's when I noticed the colored words that stood out the most looked like it said I DON'T NEED AARON LEWIS. Which is the opposite of what I wanted. I started calling the night after I placed my order (Oct. 6th) to ask if I could cancel or switch my order and the calls just wouldn't go through most of them ended in beeping where the line cut off before even hearing the teechip message. But the few times I did get through I heard I should go to teechip.com/chat but that link doesn't work. It says 404 Not Found every time I try. The one time I FINALLY got through on the phone the woman I talked to said there was nothing she could do because the campaign had ended but it wouldn't have been too late if anyone would have actually answered me. She also told me the chat was up and working and that I was wrong. The one email response I received said she COULD help me change my order from but then after saying yes I would like to proceed no one again emailed me back. The only woman I talked to on the phone said she filed a claim for me with a claim number and still no one responded. Still no one ever contacted me about that either. I honestly just wanted to swap my order for the exact same thing but the wording is wrong on the first one. Since nothing had shipped and I kept getting notifications that my order was delayed I don't see why that should be an issue. I emailed them the 10th, 12th, 15th, 18th, and 20th and called for weeks with no response. I finally got an email the 20th asking if my issue had been resolved because the item had shipped already. I don't understand why I don't get a response until AFTER the item shipped, it's ridiculous. But I responded to that email 10 minutes after they sent it that I was definitely not satisfied and 5 days later still haven't heard another word. I figured forget it I'll just waste the $60 and hope no one realizes the mistake on my hoodie. BUT then I received it today (the 25th) and the print on the front is half the size it shows in the preview. It's tiny compared to the hoodie just a little square in the middle and it smells awful but I figure I'm going to wash it anyway. I will NEVER order from them again.

I placed my order on August 12, 2015, and despite several contacts with TeeChip, I still have not received my merchandise.They DID issue a PARTIAL refund on my order (supposedly as apology for the delay), but it has now been more than two months since the original order and all I get from them is a "song and dance". The day they issued the partial refund, they said my order should ship by September 16. I contacted them again on October 12 and was told the order should ship by October 14.As of today, the merchandise has still not shipped (STILL says it is PRINTING), and after reading reviews by numerous other customers, it is my belief that my merchandise will NEVER be shipped (or if it is eventually shipped, it will be of very poor quality).

This company used false advertising and sent something that I did not order. When trying to deal with customer support, it was months of me dealing with back and forth emails that lead nowhere. This company stole my money and refuses to give it back and only offers reprints (which guarantee will end up being something I didn't want again). Not only is this company a huge scam but it is also the most inconsiderate company I have dealt with. I hope management is happy because they got what they wanted: another pissed off customer who had their money stolen from them.

I ordered 3 shirts. It took 5 weeks before I received them. 1 shirt was defective (ink not printed on some of the lettering). I have emailed TeeChip 14 times in the last two months. They have denied their quality guarantee even though it is plainly printed on their website. The same person has emailed me three times in response - all duplicate emails requesting the same information and a photo of the defective shirt. They keep telling me they'll look into it. All I wanted was a replacement shirt because it was for a gift. Now I just want my money back. Do NOT order from this company.

This company is a fraud and should not be allowed to be in business. placed an $96 order June 25th, checked tracking on July 11th and it came up as order not found. We then placed 2nd order on July 11th again for $96 because we thought they never received 1st order. We received the 1st order on July 28th and found the shirts were wrong not what we ordered. We have been trying to contact someone to get refund on first order and send 2nd order back, no one returns calls or emails. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company is a scam!!!

Do not order from this company, customer service is terrible and I still have not received my shirt that was ordered four weeks ago..this is a big SCAM!!!! I have sent several emails with no response, they don't answer the instant messages listed on the site, they have sent 2 email telling me the delivery date has been moved out, I just want my payment back and not have to deal with this SCAM of a company. I contacted the issuer of the campaing on facebook "Breaking Bad Fandom" and they even threat me and banned me from their facebook page. Buyer beware, placing an order with this company is like throwing your money away. DO yourself a favor and stay away from this company!!!

Had to wait over a month for hoodie to arrive, then found it was the wrong design. Took days to get a reply using their online chat, emails are ignored, As I paid via PayPal, I also opened a claim with them. Eventually got refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
