Hello Anonymous! Thank you for your comments. We at TN are a nationwide network through which independent sellers resell tickets to events. We don't own, price, or ship any tickets ourselves. (The same way that Ebay doesn't own any of the products that people purchase through Ebay.) Additionally, it's also not unusual for tickets to be distributed by the venue or promoter concerned only within weeks of an event. So it's very possible for someone (a company, or you, or me) to buy tickets to an event , own the tickets, but not have them to send until closer to the event. We guarantee that the tickets sold through our site are 100% authentic and will arrive before the event -- so we'll keep you protected!

We only let ticket sellers sell tickets on our forum if they're registered and/or licensed with an official governmental or civic organization. We also have a 125% refund policy to protect customers against invalid tickets. On the other issue, we've explained above that event tickets often aren't available for distribution until closer in time to the event. This means sellers can order tickets close months before the event, but not have the tickets in hand until later. Sellers who don't have tickets in hand are encouraged to advertise that fact on their listings. Hopefully, that helps a little bit!
