Ist tomshardware.com sicher?

i ordered a motherboard from them on ***** it is now ***** and i have not received my item yet. i've called them 2 times to ask about my order, and they were quick to get off the phone, and only told me lies about my order. i finally filed a item not received claim with paypal, because i was not getting any help from this company concerning my order, and sent this company an email telling them to cancel my order. today, they send me a treacking number with a delivery date of ***** HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOTHING BUT LIES FROM THEM !! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. IF YOU NEED AN ITEM IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BUY FROM !!! just my .02

This is, generally, a good site. However, they've recently suggested builds using low-quality parts, and therefore the builds are unlikely to last long. Although more experienced people probably know this, people who are newbies at building likely don't and, if they follow the instructions from this site, may end up with a PC that doesn't last, thereby wasting their money. I wouldn't trust them - anymore.
