Ist viacom.com sicher?

They hate youtube enough to sue them. Youtube said that they were secretly uploading vids to the site and now they are trying to sue Youtube for a billion dollars. Oh, and THEY steal YOUR videos and get away with it. How about WE sue THEM for a billion dollars!

***** Abridged Complaint: MMLeung's Mario on Piano on YouTube was flagged for copyright infringement against Viacom which it had absolutely nothing to do with. ***** Update: It seems this has been fixed. I still don't like the company or their most of their "products". I don't have TV because most of it is "they're-not-even-trying-any-more" kind of crap). Bottom Line: Between the ill-treatment of the end user, the support of an anti-intelligent culture, the manipulation and abuse of employees, the destructive practices against competitors and the bold, unapologetic output of garbage, they are a major contributor to the downfall of Capitalism. Any true and self-respecting capitalist would be ashamed of these kinds of companies.

Bad site. If you watch this video on youtube (I'm not trying to drag people away or anything, don't watch this if yyou don't want to ***** ) a person by user name MikeMozart has proven time and time again that many of viacoms websites (MTV, Spike, etc) has been STEALING content from youtube. I say stealing because they have been using youtuber's videos WITHOUT the youtuber's permission, they have not been showing any links going back to the youtuber's page so they can get credit, the embedded Youtube Players functionality to go back to youtube to show the rightful owners video has been PURPOSELY DISABLED, and they are getting a ton of money from their advertising from the 3 million advertisements before the videos and all around the video by using someone else's content WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION. Basically money that rightfully belongs to others is being stolen by this company. I just suggest you think a little differently about Viacom. But it gets better, Viacom actually has the NERVE to SUE Youtube, and they advertise things like condoms and other sexual themed products when they do their advertising. I can't beleive a company can be so awful.
