Great company, purchased game servers with these for years.

Did not fulfill what was promised. The server I ordered never showed up in my gaming list, even after contacting support. Worked with another company an with in the promised time line it was up and running, even on the ARK game server list.

Vilayer has got to be one of the best server hosting companies for Game Servers. I love their customer service and their UI.

High quality, support answer in max 2 days (min. 1 min), no one technical problem. I don't know why it's red.

Vilayer's Garry's Mod servers have been hit by exploits on at least 3 different occasions, according to ***** . This is unacceptable, given that this implies that Vilayer either has inadequate security measures, or the owner (or one of the staff of Vilayer, assuming the comment about the owner being the only one working there isn't true) is intentionally putting exploits into servers and messing with them (with an alternate account?).
Needless to say, the fact that their security is so inadequate would prevent me from ever wanting to use them, and the implication mentioned above just reinforces that.

been running arma 2/3 and Ts3 server since November 2013 no problems yet!

About to purchase a starbound server. Will report back here if I come across any major issues, otherwise everything is running good

I have server over 7 months, awesome Support by tickets/ts
They provide unique modifications for their server packages

Been a customer since June. Have nothing but good things to say.
I've owned at least 3 DayZ servers the whole time and it's been wonderful. Performance is far beyond most other hosts, their Teamspeak is a great place to hang out and mingle with staff and customers, and they offer a great product line.
Will continue host my future game servers here.

Horrible! Worse customer service I've ever seen.
Word of advice to anyone ever planning on getting a Garry's Mod server.
Never EVER GO WITH VILAYER
Their servers are pretty average and the prices are kinda alright, but for the love of God...

And both those people, are the owner. There's one person just running it all and taking all the customer support requests. And 90% of the time, either your request is completely blown off/ignored (and goes off to play a game), or you have to fight tooth and nail to get anything out of the buttmuncher.
And once you do get anything out of him, he says "Oh it must be something you're doing wrong"
And that's the ONLY suggestion you'll ever get out of him. "It's. Your. Fault."
Do. Not. Use. Vilayer.
If you value your sanity, and want some damn respect out of your service... Use someone better.
