Ist wackydot.com sicher?

I ordered a FitBit through this company for $100. It arrived without a box or instructions, just in a ziplock bag. The item was faulty and did not work. I emailed the company and they told me to send it back and they would test and send a new one. It cost me $20AU to send it back. They sent me a new one which was also faulty. I contacted them again and they told me to send it back. I told them I didn't want to spend another $20 and could they just send me a new one as this was faulty and I'm sure not a genuine FitBit. They ignored my email, I have contacted them four times with no response.

I received a Jawbone UP from them that was too small, they agreed that we could exchange it for a larger size and confirmed they has posted it out on the 5th of January. It is worth mentioning at this point the the Jawbone UP didn't come in original packaging despite being 'new' and I am not convinced it was a genuine product. It's now 38 days later and still not here, all they have done is to tell me to wait another week, every week since I have been waiting for it. Now I have asked for a refund which I am well within my rights to do so due to non delivery after 30 days, and now they are ignoring all of my emails. I don't believe they ever did or ever had any intention of sending out a replacement and now I am £75 lighter. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I am reporting them to Police Action Fraud.

To start, my debit card number was stolen using this site. That alone means I will be warning everyone not to ever shop there regardless of varying experiences. The package took almost 2 moths to be received and tracking number showed it wasn't shipped for several weeks (it was a Christmas present). It was also missing 1 of the two items I ordered. They continually assured me that the second item was on its way then months later after I had given up refunded my money with no email or explanation. I don't know if this was a scam or what but really soured my Christmas shopping. No cost savings was worth that experience.

Terrible site!! avoid!! sent two fake/dis-functional phone cases! had to wait a month for the second case to arrive, which they assured me would be checked! however this arrived faulty. Have now been waiting for my promised refund for over 2 weeks, which I doubt I will receive!! avoid! avoid! avoid! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

I purchased a cellphone accessory from WackyDot recently. Item arrived in a timely manner and performed as advertised. However, there was some extra lettering stamped on the outside which should not have been there. It didn't affect the function of the item but it detracted from the appearance. I contacted WackyDot and was told they'd send a proper replacement. They didn't even want the original item returned! The replacement item arrived and fits and looks great. I highly recommend this company to deal with because they believe in "Service after the sale".

I bought Fitbit Flex from WackyDot, but it comes without USB Dongle. I should read that it's not included on item page. But I didn't know I need one to connect it to PC, so didn't check it before buy. I wrote to support and they replied me quite fast. We figured out everything. Thank you. It took some time till I got my FitBit Flex. But now I'm happy.

Ordered a case a while back for my Galaxy S5, and it had a slight delay in shipping. Reached out to Wacky Dot and they offered me a discount on the case to make it up to me. Appreciate the effort on Wackydot's part to make things right. Overall a great case and because of the great customer service would consider future purchases through wackydot.

I appreciate this company so much. i will continue to shop here because a company that believes in its customers is priceless. the only other company that i was this loyal to was circuit city. because like you they understand that things happen. and what normal use and wear and tear, and then when something hasnt lived up to its merit. i am really impressed with your business. your all over my social media. thank you

t was unfortunate that my tampered glass screen protector arrived broken. However, the company WackyDot was understanding and helpful, and sent a replacement with reinforced packaging. This time the screen protector arrived in good condition. It was very easy to install the screen protector on my surface pro 3. Very happy with the purchase experience.

I ordered a phone case from WackyDot recently and what was delivered didn't match my order. I contacted customer support and they responded quickly to make things right. The level of courtesy and professionalism displayed was a pleasant surprise. I would do business with them again.

I ordered a red Spigen "Tough Armor" phone case from wackdot. It came in a "slim armor" case marked mint, so in the wrong case. The authentication sticker or card that should have been included was not in the case. And upon close inspection ti's obvious this is a fake Spigen case. It's build quality alone is junk, like mold flashing left over on the buttons and rubber portions, the red was pale and dull, the kickstand was flimsy... NOT AUTHENTIC. COUNTERFEIT. A RIP OFF.

Highly Unacceptable service Started off great, easy to buy online etc, then took nearly a month to deliver, missed boyfriends birthday etc, could cope with that, but then when product arrived, completely faulty, did not come in original box or have any indication that it was an official fitbit, but the worst was that it did not work at all, was completely unuseable, kept re setting and could not sync with devices, wanted to send it back, they said they would help towards cost of postage back to them. They did not stick to this and have not replied to my last 5-6 emails, they have not even answered my email for a contact to officially complain, £11 paid for delivery, i even sent them a copy of the postage request as they asked. Disappointed is an understatement. Would never ever use again.
