Ist walmart.com sicher?

My online experience was good. I have used it many times. I ONCE used the site to store and will NEVER use it again! I thought since I was going there anyway, I would ship it to my store and pick it up when I went. It took over an HOUR to get it and the girl at the layaway desk (where you have to go to get it) was rude and had no idea how the process worked. She tried to make me pay for the items again. I will pay the extra next time to have it delivered to my home

I bought some stuff online at ***** for Christmas, then in January the Walmart site was hacked, my user name and password changed and some charges racked up. They would not return my money and said I should call my credit card company who will pursue them. But they admitted that someone had changed my passwords! Do not leave your credit card numbers on file at ***** and I will probably not leave them anywhere else either from now on.

This site is full of technical issues that Walmart claims to be working on. However, they have been 'working on' it for a very long time. You can not put things in your cart a lot of the time, then when you can the site won't let you check out, or you get error messages. Customer Service never has a real answer as to why these things are happening. It depends on who you talk to, because if you talk to 3 different C/S reps you will get 3 different answers. My account was hacked several months ago and they pretty much didn't care or do anything about it. Now if I try to order as a guest or open a different account it is always an act of congress to complete the order. ***** is losing a lot of money, and will continue to do so if they don't fix their website issues.
