Violating the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act by sending UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail) "Spam" to Non-Opt-In email account holders is violating Federal Law, which is a criminal act! This intended and deceitful practice of sending Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) is not consistent with how a "legitimate and reputable company" would do business. Their knowingly violating US Federal Law reflects poorly on their entire company’s image by associating their service “Name” with criminal actions.

They called me phishing for information. I recently published a site with my phone number through another webhosting company and they called me pretending they were them. I realized it was a scam when I googled the # on the caller ID.

I've created my own site with web.com and it was relatively easy to use. The customer service has been terrific however not all are as knowledgeable as the next...I found I had to dig out some answers for myself. Overall, they are very professional, extremely polite and interested in helping you create a wonderful website!
