Ist webcollage.com sicher?

Webcollage sells tools for product manufacturers and retailers of those products to create product information pages, FAQs and product ratings. That way, the marketing team of the Incredible Blue Widget can create the pictures and text (and probably videos, but I didn't see that mentioned) that describes their product with expertise rather than leaving it up to the retailer of the product, who wouldn't necessarily have that expertise. Manufacturers only have to create (and maintain) this once for all sites that sell their product so long as the retailer uses the Webcollage retailing tools. Pretty slick, actually. Retailers could use Webcollage for all products on their site, but may have to fill in for manufacturers of products that don't use Webcollage. Retailers would have to glean data from the manufacturers marketing materials and put that into Webcollage themselves. I have no idea if this actually occurs. As a user, you may notice that regardless of if you go to ***** or ***** (for example), the same pictures of the product and the same descriptive text appears. Their site claims they have descriptions for more than 85,000 products that are shown at more than 300 retailers. For the most part, Webcollage isn't interested in individuals. They do want to collect data on how you interact with the products they are describing, so they can feed that back to the publishers (manufacturers in most cases). This would be things like which parts users click on the most (e.g., expanded pictures, ratings pages, etc.), what geographic areas seem to be most interested, etc. If Webcollage wants their customers to keep using their service they need to provide information on how effective the product presentation has been and suggest ways to increase that effectiveness. Their policy has a clause for what happens to PII they collect and such, but it seems to be written to solely cover what the interaction between Webcollage and Webcollage's customers. Some of the text seems to apply to the customers of retailers, but the privacy policy doesn't explicitly mention customers. As such, my opinion is that end-users aren't addressed at all. I'd like to see that made explicit, but my belief here is that tracking individuals isn't the crux of what they do.
