Edit 11/17/2014:
As you can now see above the nGran listing has been removed, we have contacted them and hpHosts and are working to clear that as well.
We just want to reiterate that our software itself is completely safe and yes a user who is comfortable searching for, downloading and installing drivers can absolutely do so for free. They can even use the free version of our software to find out what drivers they need if they want then get them directly from the manufacturers, the full product however just helps those users save time by doing all the hard work for them.

We are sorry that DriverSupport software was not for you Dr-Flay and we do appreciate your feedback.
All the drivers are sourced directly from the manufacturers websites. We have a dedicated team of driver researchers who scour the internet daily and they have connection with all the major OEMs in order to get timely updates regarding drivers. All drivers are virus scanned, checked for malware and QA'd by our support staff before publication.
Our service will help users wade through all the different sites and all the different drivers to help get them the right driver for the right device. We even take information on drivers that manufacturers have released that are faulty or not working correctly perhaps and leverage that learning to present only the best driver to the consumer.
Plus the added technical support users get when they register can be very helpful in resolving driver issues with their computer.
If you do have any questions please contact us support@driversupport.com or give our office a call at 512-373-3518. We are based in Austin, TX and have been in business since 1996.
