Took a survey with a promise of $70 reward and found the reward to be truly trashy products that are not worth the shipping they require. Don't do the survey!

The page opens in a new tab and appears to be customer satisfaction survey from CenturyLink. The logo appears to be authentic and I actually forgot to check the URL address and filled out the survey (about 5 very general questions). If you click on any of the "reward" offers the links take you to a page with WOT warnings popping up.
