They pretend they are selling you a top-level domain (if you register through them) - or rather including one with your package. However, what they really do is sell you a subdomain and then require you to pay more than the advertised fee to get your own SSL and to actually have your own top-level domain. They DO NOT register an actual domain for you. THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY. Luckily, I only signed up for the miniStore on a month-by-month basis, so am only out $20.

I use this site daily and have no problems with it. Easy layout, easy navigation, etc. Great for online businesses.

Customer service is extremely unprofessional. They dont have experience dealing with customers and all they say about 24/7 customer service is just a hook. If you ask a questions they will get mad. Why?
