This is not a 3DS emulator! It is a full malware file, not counting the "SURVEY" which only disturbs the person and there is nothing, just a deadly virus for the PC.

It looks very legit, until you try to download something and it wants you to participate in an offer, and only after do you get your prize. I don't buy into these and neither should anyone else.
