Is 4inkjets.com Safe?

Why does 4inkjets.com have a good WOT rating but the acutual site is blocked by Webroot Secure Anywhere as unsafe? I also find it absurd to rate this site before I even know the truth but WOT would not let me comment without rating. Can a tech please help to let us know what is up?

this company is great, my warranty on my printer was expired, I called the manufacture and their customer service try to charge me for assistance. when I called 4Inkjets they answered all my questions, even did the research for the things that they didn't know for me, gave me a vital information about my printer and my cartridges. kudos for 4Inkjets! My printer's solution. :)

I recently found my new ink supplier! Their prices are fantastic and the cutomer service is awesome! i had a issue with one the cartridges not recognizing, called customer service and they asked me a couple of questions about my problem and immediately sent a replacement to me! The shipping speed is super fast! I would recommend this site to everyone!

I order all of my ink from 4inkjets.com and it's always awesome! If I have any issues, I can contact customer service and the issue is resolved right away. Their prices are way lower than what i would pay in a store and its of the same quality!! You can beat that. I'd recommend them to anyone!!

shak781 must have ordered from a different website. i had an incredible experience ordering from this website and have since told all my friends in the printing business about it. they all have positive things to say even when the product doesn't work. this company stands behind their product and will issue a refund when it's crap if you take the time to call in to the returns dept.

Buyers beware. They want your money and won't give you the right kit or a kit that actually works. Bought from them 3 times and they screwed me every single time (each time having hope that I'd succeed in actually getting the right item). Also, no returns and no customer service. Good luck if you want to ignore my warning.

I purchased several ink cartridges from this on-line store, because the prices were very good. However, on my next CC invoice, I noticed a $1.00 charge from a company I didn't recognize: "techXperts". I called the company and told the rep that I had never heard of their company, I never signed up for tech services, and I wanted the charge removed from my CC. The rep didn't argue, but instead said the charge would be removed, that day. Well, it's been 2-weeks, and the charge still hasn't been removed. And today, I received a "full" envelope in the mail from techXperts, thanking me for enrolling in Tech Experts, and providing a comprehensive kist of their "services". Also included was a $10 Coupon for my next purchase from, guess who, "4inkjets.com". So, it's very clear to me that when I bought the cartridges from "4inkjets.com", they gave my personal information to "techXperts". I think that practice should be outlawed.....!!!! I'd appreciate it if you could pass this experience along.
