I think it is a huge search engine for all kinds of downloadable media (music, movies, e-books, etc.) like filestube.com.
Used it several times now; never a problem, had good results and successful downloads.
I also never had to register so maybe they stopped requiring it? -- in response to Sanguinity's comment *****

I believe this site is a typo of ***** and should be reviewed with caution.

It attained a bad reputation after it required people to register for an account before downloading files. Before that, it had a green positive rating... Not the negative one of today.
It's a relatively safe site, I'd say.
