Is aabri.com Safe?

I notice that previous ratings have labeled this site as suspicious, but I do not see any sign of mal-intent or any reason to think this site is suspicious as of yet. This site appears to show publications of the Research in Higher Education Journal (albeit I had never heard of this journal before needing an article from it). I downloaded the article though and scanned it with my security software and no viruses or threats were detected. I trust this site. If anything changes, I will update you.

True, it is a pay for play site, however it is likely that it is not predatory but paying for its costs. Scholarly journals without large organization behind them can't exist. In looking at the one area, finances, it appears that the articles are legit and appropriately referenced. Also looking at the person who is running the site, Dr. Baker, his academic background appears to be legitimate. See: ***** I did not give it a top rating because I have not had enough experience with it to justify a top rating, so I rated one below top.
