Is acronis.com Safe?

I HATE YOUR SOFTWARES WHO RUN WITHOUT MY KNOWNEDGE ESPECIALLY THIS SH.. OF SCHEDULER OR HELPERS, I WOULD TO VERIFY MY HARD DRIVE BUYED RECENTLY AREN'T A PROBLEMS, NOT BE SPYED BY YOU WITH UNWANTED PROGRAMS WO START AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT MY KNWONEDGE!!!!

The local backup component is solid and useful. The online components are very, very unreliable. Had a tech dealing with it for a month (literally, a full calendar month) before they gave up and claimed it to be "working as intended" when they managed to get a partial backup uploaded which went inaccessible the next day.

Expect horrible customer support from Acronis. They now have on 30 days of free support and a 30 day refund period. It takes them weeks to solve problems (if ever). So don't expect your support issue to be solved by the time you have to ask for a refund.

I think this is the worst product ever!! well Acrtually I was never able to use it. On install on a clean windows install..I started receiving Master Boot errors.almost 3 months with tech support and no resolve to this issue through their support,they finally sent me a email stating that the problem couldn't be reproduced and I was the only person with such problem. the reason for my problem they stated was I had an OEM version of windows.
