I just started using them but haven't had any problems. They're an ad retargeting company - the whole point is that they help advertisers connect with people who've already been to their site.
So of course they use cookies.
It's not an unethical company with bad customer service - it seems the other comments just don't like what this company does for some reason.
I don't think that's what WOT is for...

This is a remarketing site. Come on people, its 2013, almost all websites follow you. Ads are annoying in general but if they are ads that are fairly relevant to your recent viewing history, they are less annoying. Other remarketing companies repeat ads all the time but Adroll does it more moderately. This website is fine...
