Is adultdvdempire.com Safe?

I decided to give these guys a try since I see their site around a lot figuring it was legit. I made my first order this past summer and I had probably the worst experience any porn buyer can have. My dvds and toys arrived packaged fine. Looking at the 3 dvds I bought I noticed that they were not sealed with plastic like usual and noticed one of the boxes seemed printed like from a home printer. Being concerned, I carefully looked at the shiny end of the dvds and noticed fingerprints!!! Uggghhh... never have I felt so disgusted in my life thinking that these were used dvds by some other person! I had to wash my hands immediately!!! I know the difference between used and new, I never buy used, never! I also had bought a rabbit vibrator for my girlfriend and noticed too that the wires were not wind up nicely like it would be if new from a factory. I immediately threw everything back in the box and called them to return it. I was told that if the items were opened I couldn't! But that's how I got them!!! The customer service person dismissed my story and put me on hold forever. Totally disgusted I threw out everything and vowed to NEVER shop here again. I'm sorry that this had happened and hope that nobody ever has to experience this type of thing.

I've been on this site for years and have had not a single problem with Trustworthiness, Vendor Reliability or Privacy. Sure, it's an Adult Content site, that's why you monitor what your kids are viewing on the internet, but you shouldn't give this site a bad rating just for that. For what this site is intended for, it's by far the best I've found on the net, period!!!
