Is afwonline.com Safe?

I just bought a lift chair, my sister-in-law is disabled and needs help getting out of a chair, I bought the chair to help her because her old chair is warren out and is no-longer useful. I say I just bought it, that was 3 months ago. The sales receipt states that it should have been delivered a month ago... I asked why and they said that is how long it takes to manufacture the chair, well; I got the chair, not in time for Christmas, or for the new years, they said it was my fault for ordering a chair that was not in stock. I guess I am to be punished for not buying a chair on the floor. So, they deliver the chair and it does not work, the most impotent part of a brand new lift chair, is that he lift works for a disabled person..... The delivery person tells tells American Family Whorehouse that the chair needs parts replaced and tells them what the parts are: they send out a technician that says they need to order the parts 4 days later and that AFW had no idea what the problem was, and again that it was my fault for ordering a chair from the swatches that the manufacture provides. We are going on 4 months and we still do not have a ***** chair that works. I do not recommend this company that tells you it is your fault that you paid for and ordered a product that they don't have in stock. They keep telling me it is my fault...
