Controversial allegations: 'Complainants allege that they discovered surprise charges on their mortgage bills for the [American Home Shield] service, labeled an “optional product,” and found it difficult to get Wells Fargo to remove them.... 'AHS has a notorious reputation for not delivering on its promises to fix or replace home items in a timely manner. Customers allege that AHS routinely delays service, denies claims, charges for “uncovered” expenses, and forces customers to spend hours on customer service calls.' This is an ACTUAL Site for AHS, not the phony email scam one. This company has helped me before, and is hopefully helping me again today, as my A/C Kicked the bucket, and I live in the Southern Nevada area, with heat up to 110F today.

I have been a customer for years. They have been responsive and treated us well. I saw one comment on these ratings that confused me. The comment was about a spam email that they received from someone who was NOT from AHS: "From: AHSWarranty <Manuel@learn2speak.info>..." That was from learn2speak.info, not ahs.com. They just used the name AHSWarranty in the name filed for the email. That is how spammers work. So I don't understand why AHS is not considered trusted because of a spam email that someone else sent. Anyway, good site. Good reviews too: ***** *****
