"STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!!! I was going to get yarmulkes for a Bat Mitzvah. Sounds easy right? I called the phone number I was given from an e-mail of Yarmulke and Kippah vendors and an order was taken but when it was all wrong and he overcharged me, I got upset and asked him to please cancel it. That was when all hell broke loose. Josh a/k/a/ Yehoshua Pinto (baby crying in the background), hemmed and hawed and said he'd meet the price and blah blah blah. He also threatened to charge me a cancellation fee even though it was minutes since I had spoken to him. He then told me to e-mail him instead of call him and so I cancelled via e-mail. He wrote me again that he worked so hard and the 15% cancellation fee would be charged no matter what. I called my credit card and they informed me that it was unlawful and a restocking fee was only to be applied if an order had been approved via confirmation such as a proof or final approval e-mail. Since barely a half hour went by and it was taken at night, a re-stocking fee was laughable and, also since he said it would take 3 - 4 weeks to fill the order - what was he restocking? UNBELIEVABLE!! Stay away - there are TONS of good merchants out there. Josh or Yehoshua Pinto from Ahuva (and he seems to be the ONLY employee by the way) is NOT one of them!!"
