This is a scam, they just want you download their program so they can make money off of you; the conversion only gives you the first minute or two of audio, unless you BUY the full version of the program. And they lie to you about that on the download page.

i'm not a aimersoft costumer but i needed an icon aimersoft dvd creater. i used "live chat" at their website and operator was very very helpful. good customer experience.
