Is ait.com Safe?

The AIT Inc company was a nightmare.Cumbersome contract. they said they had to access CP, when not true, they only needed ftp for that project. While they where in Control panel, they accidentally place another customer's security info on our server. Which brings me to the point, they chaged 3 times what another provider do the exact same project later, did. And all they where doing was copying another customer template design, and put our info on it. (Wasn't even designing from scratch.) They used 3rd party payment that included our full number card number on pdf receipt distributed through out their company and 3rd party India programmers they where using. They 3 weeks, and I had to hold their hand along the way. then they held my new webpages hostage, charged extra $150 just to place on site, and still had errors, which we winded up fixing in house.) Plus the whole time they kept trying to up-sell me on using their hosting services. In contrast, A couple weeks later we hired an Indian fellow to do the same project on another website, he did it for 1/4 the price, had only one mistake, had working flawless pages after only 3 days. In summary, AIT Inc is one of those rip off companies who will probably change their name and continue ripping off people. The may be ok at web hosting, I don't know. but I believe they outsource their web design to India, then charge us companies massive amounts for shotty and copied web development.
