The standard of astrological software it supplies and supports is of the highest technical reliability and so enables users to asses the validity of astro-cycles. This way it cleanses astrology of fatalistic and superstitious uses. Because of this, it is an incredibly beneficial site; only people who do not understand this real astrology would think otherwise.

This company provides astrological software and education. I have used their products since 1993. The staff is college educated. The technical staff is quick to respond, patient and supportive. I have attended workshops on the products and found the staff willing to spend time with participants both in support of the software and in educating about astrology. This website and its staff are highly respected in the astrological community.

Astrolabe is a professional company in existence for years. Based on things like accuracy, reliability of service and information they are 100% reliable. I have been purchasing their software since 1996 and their support arm is impeccable. Since the site may be anathema to close minded people, you would need to narrow down what makes people happy about the site, otherwise you run the risk of people who dislike the content branding it as a poor website and this would be unfair. For e.g I would not go onto a seventh day Adventist website and start slagging the content because I am a Buddhist. They have a right to exist, and I have a right not to visit the website. If however it is an essential website where I get my Walmart groceries, and they are selling pornography, it is different. Please make this association clear so that you can eliminate views of people who do not, did not, and will not ever use the website. Surely their view becomes irrelevant?

Safe, professional staff. Have been using their products for 12 years. I would recommend it. For those that want to comment on the safety of a site because they personally don't like astrology then a discussion site like pal talk where people express their beliefs would be more appropriate than a post of safety.

Yes, this is the 21st Century, and one would have hoped we were centuries beyond the witch hunting age of ignorance when denouncing, with the intent to defame, what you did not understand was a thing of the past. Apparently not. As an educated, working astrologer myself, Astrolabe ranks as one of the most useful, innovative and professional resources available in our field today. The commitment and integrity of the staff is extraordinary, their technical knowledge and the generosity with which they share this exemplary. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this is a pool of some of our most brilliant and innovative minds. How sad that someone with zero knowledge about what they do should be so derogatory I would like to recommend that this site have a stipulation that contributors actually know something about the businesses they are rating.

I've known and used this website since its inception, and have made many purchases through it with absolutely no issues. There is no reason whatsoever to distrust the site itself or the people behind it. In fact, they do things better than any other niche software site I've ever used.

The "unsatisfactory" rating can only be due to people who have no knowledge of alabe.com, or they rate it poorly perhaps due to a religion-based intolerance of astrology.
